Fashion Tags has been in existence since the early 1970’s. Family owned and operated. It was restructured in 2016 by Jonna Sugden. She started in the company in 1986 as manager of sales and purchasing, and brings with her 38 years of experience in the garment label industry. She was joined by her son Brandon Sugden, in 2016 as co-owner and CEO. Over the years we have seen many changes. Fashion Tags started on Adelaide Street West, Toronto, ON, on the top floor Above Applebee Shirt Co. Back then, Toronto Fashion District was an exciting hub of activity with many large companies located on Spadina Avenue and surrounding area. Numerous independent designers over the years have relied on Fashion Tags’ expertise and quality products. An innovative and successful company Inspired by the beauty and diversity of the world around us, Fashion tags was founded with a mission to bring that inspiration to our customers through our selection of fashion accessories.

Q: HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE?

Usually 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the time of year.

Q: HOW DO YOU ACCEPT ARTWORK FILES?

A: We require artwork created in Adobe Illustrator and saved in Vector format.

Please provide Pantone colour number references as well.

Q: HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

A: To get an order started, we require 50% deposit and the balance

is due upon completion. We accept payment via E Transfer to: fashion@sugden.com

Your password is your invoice number. The invoice will be emailed to you when you confirm

the order.

Q: HOW DO YOU SHIP THE ORDER?

A: We ship via Canpar Transport across Canada and we charge according to the size and

weight of your package. Shipping is not included in the label price. For example, if you are

located in the GTA, the typical charge is $25.00 - $30.00 for a package between 1 and 3 pounds.Plus HST. Sometimes when shipping across Canada to remote locations, it is more cost effective to ship via Canada Post. We will give you a shipping quote and option of shipping method when you order. A tracking number will be provided as well.

Q.WHAT IF SOMETHING IS NOT QUITE RIGHT WITH MY ORDER

A: If you are not satisfied with the order and we have not produced the labels according to your specifications, we will make it right!
